Delete from within the app

If you have Razvigor installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your Account settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Don't have the app installed?

Email us at contact@rudina.dev from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. From within the app you can delete individual conversations at any time - this removes that conversation's messages and any attached images immediately, while keeping your account and other conversations intact.

Your profile photo and display name can both be changed at any time from Account settings in the app. To remove your profile photo entirely, without replacing it with a new one, email contact@rudina.dev and we'll remove it for you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your account profile (email, display name, profile photo).
• Your conversation history, including message text and attached images.
• Subscription and usage data associated with your account.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. payment records) for legal or accounting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
